Two One Act Plays – Open Auditions
Sun 14th Nov 2021 to Tue 23rd Nov 2021
Bull by Mike Bartlett, is a black comedy about bullying in the workplace. In this production we will be using some Paso Doble choreography to develop the bull fight theme. It would be helpful if the actors had some dance experience, although this is not necessary.
The Cast: Thomas age 18-40 is physically stockier than other members of the cast. He is provoked to physical violence and will be involved in a fight scene. Isabel age 18-40 is athletic and rather beautiful and will also be involved in a fight scene and should be able to move fluidly and with passion. Tony aged 18-40 is athletic and taller than Thomas. He works as a team with Isabel to goad Thomas to violence. He must also be able to move fluidly and with passion. Carter aged 30-50 is the boss. This small role could be played by a man or a woman.
