The Quality of Life by Jane Anderson
Jeannette’s & Neil’s house in the California Hills has been destroyed by raging fire. Neil has terminal cancer. On the face of it, it’s hardly the basis for an uplifting story. It will take you on an emotional roller coaster ride, with laughter, passion and some tears as well, and leave you stunned.
Like Pink Mist last season (which recently won the East Midlands ‘Play of the Year Award’), this play will be a UK Amateur premier. Like Pink Mist it handles difficult subject matter in a quite unique way. Not to be missed.
Director: Mark Bodicoat whose last production for MHDS was John Godber’s Bouncers.
